I was trying to check the hours of their Norton office, but can't find a number. Anybody got one?
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.
Unfortunately you have to go through their main customer service line (877) 760-5341
I know they close at 5:00 M-F
Closed weekends.

Well when it was Adelphia, it was open till 6.
If that 877 number is what I tried, they just say they have a new number 1-800-COMCAST

It's definitely closed at 5:00 now. When I drive by after work, if I have a payment I have to put it in the drop slot.
They've even closed at lunch a few times too (without posting signage). Very annoying.
